1. The Mellora Flow app

What we collect. Nothing. Mellora Flow has no accounts, no analytics, no advertising and no tracking. The app does not connect to the internet.

What stays on your device. Your scenario runs (pantry, plans, display case, day reports and ripples), the active scenario, whether you finished the tour, and your optional chef name, bakery name, avatar and preferences. They are stored in the app's own storage on this device and are never sent to us or anyone else.

Third parties. None. No data is shared with or sold to anyone, and the app contains no third-party SDKs.

Deleting your data. "Reset progress" in Settings clears every scenario run. Deleting the app removes everything it stored.

Children. The app is suitable for all ages and collects no personal information from anyone, including children under 13.

2. This website

• Fonts. The site loads fonts from Google Fonts. When a page loads, your browser requests them from Google, which receives your IP address and browser details under Google's Privacy Policy.
• Contact form. The form on the home page is a visual demo. It sends nothing and stores nothing. To reach us, email the address below.
• Cookies and analytics. The site sets no cookies and runs no analytics or advertising scripts.
• Hosting. Like any web server, our hosting provider may keep standard technical logs (such as IP address and requested page) for security and reliability.

3. Apple and the App Store

If you choose to share app analytics with developers in your iOS settings, Apple may provide us with anonymous, aggregated usage and crash statistics. We cannot identify you from them. This is controlled by Apple and you can switch it off in Settings → Privacy & Security → Analytics & Improvements.

4. Email contact

If you email us, we use your address and message only to reply to you, and we do not share them.

5. Changes

If this policy changes, the new version will ship inside an app update and appear on this page with a new date.
